Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ITSM Business Analyst for an upcoming requirement.

Candidates must be fluently bilingual in English and French (verbally and written).

Duties may include the following tasks:
• Develop ITSM governance models;
• Manage ITSM development and deployment projects;
• Analyze ITSM requirements;
• Evaluate existing ITSM processes and procedures on their adherence to ITIL practices;
• Develop and deploy ITSM processes and procedures that adhere to ITIL practices;
• Conduct training about ITSM processes and procedures;
• Analyze and document utilization of automated ITSM support tools;
• Manage the configuration and deployment of automated tools to supports ITSM processes and procedures;
• Document ITSM processes and procedures in narrative format and using Business Process Modeling notation.

The ideal candidate will have::
  • have a university degree
  • hold the ITIL Service Manager (V.2) or Expert certification (V.3) (delivered by an accredited ITIL Examination Institute)
  • have a minimum of 15 years experience in the development, support or management of IT services
  • have managed at least three ITSM projects
  • the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages
